Burford Kitchen

This monastic kitchen is majestic in its looks. The brief was to create a French inspired kitchen to fit within the new extension that included a set of reclaimed church doors as the feature entrance.

It is opulent, unyielding and honest.

The design started with the use of white concrete to give the kitchen a Mediterranean vibe. We integrated an upstand into the concrete worktop that is also a shelf for easy access to day-to-day items. A bespoke mix of materials were used to create the space including handmade handless Copper handles, zinc kickplates, and natural sawn Oak.

A bespoke double Copper sink and a stunning brass tap were selected to stand out against the white concrete worktops. We used natural sawn wood on the doors and drawers which works with the clients aged terracotta floor tiles. 

The white concrete worktops, the upstand/shelf and waterfall end panel were cast seamlessly in-situ to give an endless complete and very unique design.
